National Food Day
One thing I feel like I know really well is food. Well, maybe I don't know a lot about food but I know I love to eat!
Today is National Food Day, which to me is a day to eat and enjoy all the foods you may not eat all the time!
But in reality, this day is actually to help people. "Eat Real" entails cutting back on sugar, packaged foods, fatty meats, and pretty much all the junk food we love.
We can get on board with healthy eating and can agree you do feel so much better when you do choose healthy options.
I feel like life is all about balance and I try to eat 80% healthy and enjoy 20% of junk!
